JUVENILE
COURT
Cases Include:
Unruly, delinquent,
abuse, neglect
and
dependant cases.
Child support, custody, and visitation
hearings are held for those whose
children were born outside of the marriage.
Programs Include:
CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate)

Diversion:
Qualified first-offender youth diverted from
formal court.
Drug Court:
Intensive monitoring of addicted youth(s).
Traffic Arraignments:
Held on Wednesdays at 3:00 p.m.
If juvenile lives out of county, case
may be transferred,
so call before
court date.

PROBATE
COURT
Marriage Licenses:
Issued 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. weekdays except
holidays.
- At Least one of the parties
in question
must reside in Pickaway County.
- If driver's license doesn't
have a Pickaway
County address, a
utility bill with valid
name and address will be requested.
- Divorce papers necessary
if applicable.
- Cost is $45, payable by
cash only.
Geneology Records Available:
Births and deaths dated after 1867
Marriages and Wills dated after 1810

juvenile's name
