§ 2151.02 Delinquent child
(As defined in the ORC).

As used in this court, "delinquent child" includes any of the following:

(A) Any child who violates any law of this state or
the United States, or any ordinance or regulation of a
political subdivision of the state, that would be a crime
if Committed by an adult, except as provided in section
2151.021 [2151.02.1] of the Revised Code;

(B) Any child who violates any lawful order of the
court made under this chapter;

(C) Any child who violates division (A) of section
2923.211 [2923.2 1.1] of the Revised Code;

(D) Any child who violates division (A1) or (2) of
section 3730.07 of the Revised Code.
